Beautiful ruby hue with plum hints. Nice nose with aroma of ripe black fruit and flowers, slightly spicy and some mint notes. In the mouth, the soft structure is characterized by the finesse and elegance of the tannins.
Grape variety: 100% Mondeuse. Old traditional grape from Savoy.
Vinification / maturing : Hand-picking, vatting with gravity (without pump). Maceration with whole crop, lasts for two weeks under controlled temperature. Maturation: 6 months in vats.
Service: Enjoy it preferably at 15-16°C. This Mondeuse can be enjoyed young, or be conserved 4-5 years.
